At MomsNaturalOil, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and care. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Only products purchased directly from www.momsnaturaloil.com are eligible for return.

Note: Due to the nature of personal care and wellness products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and inspect it:

  • We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error.

  • In case of a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
