We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Only products purchased directly from www.momsnaturaloil.com are eligible for return.
Note: Due to the nature of personal care and wellness products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive your returned product and inspect it:
We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error.
In case of a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
